Shipping / Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase (processing time does not include weekend days and public holidays)
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday
  • Orders are processed and shipped between Monday to Friday only
  • All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped
Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from millefleurskin.com, we are happy to exchange for unopened and unused products. Any returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To request a return / exchange, please email info@millefleurskin.com with :

  • Your original invoice
  • The item(s) and reason(s) for return / exchange

To return your product, you should mail your product to : 

  • No 53, USJ 12/1N, 47630, Subang Jaya, Selangor.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
