All sale is final. We do not offer a refund once order is placed. We only offer an exchange if the product you received is found :

• Leaking
• Not functional
• Defective
• Broken

Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from millefleurskin.com, we are happy to exchange for unopened and unused products. Any returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To request a return / exchange, please email info@millefleurskin.com with :

• Your order number. For example (#0001)
• The item(s) and reason(s) for return / exchange

To return your product, you should mail your product to : 

• No 208, Jalan Pusat Dagangan Sendayan 3, 71950, Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Your request will be processed within 14 business days.
